Montclair was voted as one of the Top Communities to live in by Money Magazine. Montclair is a Lake Community, with 3800+ homes (Single-family, Duplexes and Townhomes) surrounding a 109-Acre man-made lake known as Lake Montclair. Homes in this neighborhood were built in the mid-70’s through the 2020’s. Montclair is probably best known for it’s exceptional amenities, including the lake, three private beaches that feature picnic and grilling areas and fishing docks. West Beach also has a boat ramp and community boat storage. Montclair has several parks, playgrounds and ball fields, a small dog park, and is known for it’s many community events throughout the year.
