4. Make an Offer – We’ll guide you in making a competitive offer and leverage our collective decades of experience to negotiate a WIN for You!
5. Inspections, Appraisal, Finalizing your financing – Hurray, your offer was accepted!  Now we guide you through what is often referred to as your Due Diligence period.  We will coordinate with your lender, the listing agent, home inspectors, your settlement representative and many others so there are no surprises on Closing Day!
6. Closing Day is HERE! – We’ll review everything you need in advance to make sure you are prepared for this exciting day!  You get the key to your new home, and we stay in touch forever more so you can enjoy all the great HSR Family appreciation events and guidance we provide throughout your home ownership.
