Brittany

Brittany is a small community of single-family homes built in the late 80’s through the late 90’s. The community has tree-lined streets and traditional Colonial-style homes. Association dues are low compared to neighboring communities in the area as there are minimal amenities in this neighborhood. Brittany does have access to a county-maintained park that offers tennis and basketball courts, a playground and ball field. Located along 234 just 2 miles from I-95, there is a whole host of retail shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance, including Starbucks, Panera, Target, Shoppers, Leidl and Ol’ El Paso Mexican Restaurant, just to name a few.
