Ashland

Ashland is a neighborhood of approximately 880 single-family and townhome residences. It is unique in that it straddles the border between Manassas and Woodbridge. Homes were built in the late ‘90’s to early 2000’s, and prices vary from the mid-$400’s for townhomes up to the mid-$800’s for the larger estate-style homes. The community has a Clubhouse with a pool and fitness center. The community also has tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and hosts several community events as well as a summer swim league that is extremely popular with school-aged children. Ashland is conveniently located along Hwy 234, just five miles from I-95 and about 20-25 minutes to I-66. It is home to Ashland Elementary School, the Great American Steak House, and a small retail area that has plans to expand in future years.
