Inspections, Appraisal, Finalizing your financing – Hurray, your offer was accepted! Now we guide you through what is often referred to as your Due Diligence period. We will coordinate with your lender, the listing agent, home inspectors, your settlement representative and many others so there are no surprises on Closing Day!
Closing Day is HERE! – We’ll review everything you need in advance to make sure you are prepared for this exciting day!
